Malachi, a stunning and gentle rooster, came to us thanks to our proud member Erin Mitchell. Before his arrival, Malachi was trapped in an animal control center, confined to a cramped cage with no access to the outdoors. Chickens in these facilities often face grim fates, but Malachi’s story took a different turn. When he came to us, his feathers were worn and sparse, yet his spirit remained strong
Now, Malachi has fully embraced his new life at the sanctuary, proudly crowing and strutting his vibrant personality for all to admire.
