Pepper’s Story
Pepper came to Rowdy Girl Sanctuary when his family became desperate to find him a safe home after his best friend suddenly died of a heart attack. The wife didn’t know what to do with Pepper, as he had always spent his time with her late husband. She realized that the right thing to do was to find a new home for him, as he was very lonely. Her biggest fear was that Pepper would end up on someone’s plate or be neglected. Now, Pepper is loved by everyone at the sanctuary.
Pepper was always loved—he is one of the lucky goats who never had to face the worst-case scenario. The sanctuary is incredibly grateful that he came to Rowdy Girl instead of having his life compromised in a world where he could have been considered just meat.
Pepper has formed a close bond with the sanctuary’s founder, becoming like a little buddy. He is sweet, kind, and always eager for a good scratch on the head!
