Samson’s Story
Veronica was one of the cows rescued from Paola, Kansas, along with her companion, Betty. They were purchased by members of Kansas City Animal Save and transported to Rowdy Girl Sanctuary. When Veronica arrived, she was pregnant, and on Friday, April 13th, she gave birth to little Samson! It’s heartbreaking to think that Veronica was confirmed pregnant and could have been sent to slaughter. We are very happy that she delivered her baby safely and that both are now safe and free from harm.
Samson is all grown up now and thriving at the sanctuary. He is always with his mom, Veronica, and her companion, Betty. Since no one can take them away from each other, they are just as they want to be—inseparable.
