Trixie and Dixie’s Story
Trixie and Dixie were two donkeys living on the new property in Waelder when Rowdy Girl Sanctuary moved there. It seemed as though these two girls knew that the land was destined to become a great big animal sanctuary one day. Perhaps they decided that this was the perfect place to live their best lives! The team at Rowdy Girl loves having Trixie and Dixie at the sanctuary. They certainly bring a lot of personality wherever they go. If you go looking for them, you’ll likely find them with the herd.
They are the best little “guards” we could ever ask for!
Sadly, Trixie passed away in 2023. Dixie finds companionship in the herd.
