Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Rowdy Girl Sanctuary 12-Year Vegan Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Inc., 634 FM 1296, Waelder, TX 78959 (“Sponsor” or “RGS”).
The Giveaway celebrates Renee King-Sonnen’s 12-year vegan anniversary and Rowdy Girl Sanctuary’s mission to provide rescued farmed animals with safety, freedom, and lifelong care.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 7, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Inc., and their respective affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Existing Rowdy Club members are eligible to enter. Becoming a member is not required to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter the Giveaway through the following methods.
Method A: Online Entry
To enter online, participants must become a Rowdy Club Member via the rowdygirlsanctuary.org website during the Giveaway Period for a minimum of $12/month or upgrade their membership by $12/month.
The form will request the participant’s name, email address, and any other information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and verify eligibility.
Submitting the form constitutes one entry into the grand-prize drawing.
Participants are not required to follow, like, comment on, or share the social-media giveaway post to submit a valid online entry.
Method B: Free Alternative Method of Entry
Participants may enter for free without making a purchase or donation and without submitting the online entry form.
To enter for free, eligible participants must:
- Handwrite their full name and mailing address on a piece of paper or postcard.
- Include a brief written statement explaining why they would like to win.
- Take a clear photograph of the handwritten entry.
- Email the photograph to gay@rowdygirlsanctuary.org with the subject line “Rowdy Girl Vegan Anniversary Giveaway.”
The email must be received during the Giveaway Period. Entries must contain all required information to be eligible.
A free entry submitted through this method will count as one entry into the grand-prize drawing. Participants entering by this method are not required to become a member, follow, like, comment on, or share any social-media post.
Optional Bonus Entries Through Social Media
After submitting a valid base entry through either Method A or Method B, participants may earn up to two additional entries by completing the following optional actions during the Giveaway Period:
Bonus Entry 1: Tag a Friend
Tag one friend in a comment on the designated Rowdy Girl Sanctuary 12-Year Vegan Anniversary Giveaway post on either Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok.
One eligible tag earns one additional entry. Multiple tags or comments do not earn additional entries.
Bonus Entry 2: Share the Giveaway Post
Share the designated Giveaway post to your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok Story during the Giveaway Period.
One verified share earns one additional entry.
These bonus-entry opportunities are optional and are available to all eligible entrants, regardless of whether they are Rowdy Club members.
Participants do not need to complete either bonus action to enter or win. Failure to complete a bonus action will not affect the validity of a participant’s base entry.
Participants must comply with Meta’s and TikTok’s applicable terms and rules. Tagging or sharing must be genuine and must not involve spam, misleading claims, or inappropriate tagging.
Entry Limits and Verification
Limit one base entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. Each eligible participant may earn a maximum of two bonus entries, for a maximum of three entries total.
Duplicate base entries, automated entries, fraudulent entries, incomplete entries, or entries submitted using multiple identities may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and determine whether an entry satisfies these Official Rules.
5. Rowdy Club Membership and Anniversary Swag Bag
Rowdy Club membership supports the ongoing care of rescued animals at Rowdy Girl Sanctuary. Memberships for the 12 year vegan anniversary giveaway are available starting at $12 per month and may be canceled at any time, subject to the applicable membership terms.
As part of the anniversary membership promotion, individuals who begin a qualifying Rowdy Club membership during the Giveaway Period will be eligible to receive one Rowdy Girl Sanctuary anniversary swag bag.
Existing Rowdy Club members may qualify for the anniversary swag bag by increasing their recurring monthly membership contribution by at least $12 during the Giveaway Period, subject to Sponsor’s verification and the applicable membership terms.
6. Prizes
Anniversary Swag Bag
Each qualifying member described in Section 5 will be eligible to receive one Rowdy Girl Sanctuary anniversary swag bag, subject to availability and the fulfillment conditions described in these Official Rules.
Each swag bag is expected to include:
- One Rowdy Girl Sanctuary tote bag.
- One Rowdy Girl Sanctuary bumper sticker.
- One Rowdy Girl Book sticker.
- One Rowdy Girl bookmark.
- Renee King-Sonnen’s mama’s no beef stew recipe.
- Beyond Steak coupons, subject to the applicable coupon terms and availability.
Sponsor will communicate any applicable geographic restrictions, fulfillment requirements, and delivery timelines to qualifying members.
Grand Prizes
Three grand-prize winners will each receive one “There’s No More Picking Out For Me” T-shirt.
The T-shirt commemorates the day Renee went vegan 12 years ago on October 31st, 2014 when she went to her mother in law’s house and could no longer ‘pick out’ the dead animal bodies in the beef stew.
Limit one grand prize per person. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses not specifically included in the prize descriptions are the winners’ responsibility.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
Three grand-prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about Monday, November 9, 2026.
All eligible base entries submitted by online or free alternative methods will have the same chance of being selected. Verified bonus entries will be included in the drawing as additional entries, as described in Section 4.
Membership status, donations, and other payments will not increase a participant’s chances of winning. Participants who do not become members may earn the same optional bonus entries as members.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will verify the eligibility of each potential winner before confirming the award of a grand prize.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential grand-prize winners will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry or, where appropriate, through the Instagram account used to complete a bonus-entry action.
Each potential winner must respond within 96 hours after notification is sent.
A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release, or other reasonable documentation before receiving a prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 96 hours, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide required information or documentation, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
A participant is not an official grand-prize winner until Sponsor has confirmed the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
9. Prize and Swag Bag Delivery
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary will coordinate the delivery or distribution of the grand prizes and anniversary swag bags.
Winners and qualifying members may be required to provide a valid mailing address to receive physical items.
Sponsor is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered because a recipient supplied incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated contact or shipping information.
Sponsor will communicate any applicable geographic restrictions, delivery timelines, and fulfillment conditions.
Any Beyond Steak coupons included in a swag bag are subject to the terms, restrictions, expiration dates, and redemption conditions established by the coupon issuer.
10. Email Communications and Privacy
If an entrant provides an email address, Sponsor may use that information to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and coordinate prize fulfillment.
Any marketing emails from Rowdy Girl Sanctuary will be subject to applicable consent requirements and the recipient’s email preferences. Where required, marketing consent will be requested separately from Giveaway entry.
Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry or reduce an entrant’s chance of winning.

Rowdy Girl Sanctuary will not sell entrants’ personal information.
Information submitted to any third party, including information supplied to redeem a Beyond Steak coupon, will be governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy and terms.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a grand prize authorizes Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with the Giveaway.
Any additional use of a winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, quotation, or personal story for promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, public emergency, platform interruption, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:
- Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
- Submits false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Uses automated means to enter.
- Violates these Official Rules.
Acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway, entrant eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications. They are also not responsible for technical, network, platform, hardware, software, internet, printing, or human errors that may interfere with participation in or administration of the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Social-Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social-media platform on which it is promoted.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their Giveaway information to Rowdy Girl Sanctuary and not to Instagram or Facebook, except for information they voluntarily post through their own social-media accounts.
Participants release Instagram and Facebook from claims arising from or related to the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
