Official Rules

- Sponsor
The Beyond x Rowdy Girl End of Summer Cookout Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Inc., 634 FM 1296, Waelder, TX 78959 (“Sponsor” or “RGS”).
Beyond Meat, Inc. is providing the Beyond prizes described in these Official Rules.
- Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 21, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
- Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Beyond Meat, Inc., and their respective affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Existing Rowdy Girl Sanctuary email subscribers are eligible to enter and are not required to subscribe again.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, an eligible participant must complete both of the following steps:
- Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form at https://rowdygirlsanctuary.org/beyond-end-of-summer-giveaway/, including the entrant’s name and a valid email address; and
- Comment on the designated Rowdy Girl and Beyond End of Summer Cookout Giveaway collaborative social-media post.
Individuals who are not already subscribed to the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary email list will be added to the list when they submit the Giveaway entry form.
Existing Rowdy Girl Sanctuary email subscribers do not need to subscribe again. They must still submit the official Giveaway entry form and complete the required social-media comment during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one entry per person and email address. Automated, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly submitted entries may be disqualified.
No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.
After submitting the Giveaway form, entrants may be redirected to the Beyond website. Entrants may separately provide their email addresses to Beyond to receive a 15% discount. Providing information to Beyond or claiming the discount is optional and is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.
- Email Communications and Privacy
By submitting the Giveaway entry form, entrants who are not already subscribed agree to receive email communications from Rowdy Girl Sanctuary. These communications may include sanctuary news, animal-rights advocacy, event announcements, fundraising communications, and promotional messages.
Existing subscribers will continue receiving Rowdy Girl Sanctuary communications according to their current subscription preferences.
All subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry or reduce an entrant’s chance of winning.
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be handled according to the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary privacy policy, available at https://rowdygirlsanctuary.org/privacy-policy/. Rowdy Girl Sanctuary will not sell entrants’ personal information.
Any information an entrant separately provides to Beyond after leaving the Giveaway entry form will be governed by Beyond’s privacy policy and terms.
- Prizes
Three winners will each receive one of the following prize packages:
FIRST PRIZE
One Beyond online gift card with an approximate retail value of $200, plus one signed copy of “Rowdy Girl: Confessions of a Vegan Cattle Rancher,” with an approximate retail value of $40.
Total approximate retail value of the First Prize: $240.
SECOND PRIZE
One Beyond online gift card with an approximate retail value of $150, plus one signed copy of “Rowdy Girl: Confessions of a Vegan Cattle Rancher,” with an approximate retail value of $40.
Total approximate retail value of the Second Prize: $190.
THIRD PRIZE
One Beyond online gift card with an approximate retail value of $100, plus one signed copy of “Rowdy Girl: Confessions of a Vegan Cattle Rancher,” with an approximate retail value of $40.
Total approximate retail value of the Third Prize: $140.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $570.
Limit one prize per person. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses not specifically included in the prize descriptions are the winners’ responsibility.
- Winner Selection and Odds
Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 22, 2026.
The first eligible entrant selected will be the potential First Prize winner. The second eligible entrant selected will be the potential Second Prize winner. The third eligible entrant selected will be the potential Third Prize winner.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email addresses provided on their Giveaway entry forms.
Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the notification email is sent. A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release, tax form, or other reasonable documentation before receiving a prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide required information or documentation, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
A participant is not an official winner until Sponsor has confirmed the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
- Prize Delivery
Beyond will deliver the Beyond portion of each prize.
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary will deliver one signed copy of “Rowdy Girl: Confessions of a Vegan Cattle Rancher” to each verified winner.
Prizes will be delivered only to eligible addresses within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because a winner supplied incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated contact or shipping information.
Winners should allow approximately 2 weeks after verification for delivery.
- Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with the Giveaway.
Any additional use of a winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, quotation, or personal story for promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
- General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, public emergency, platform interruption, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:
- Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
- Submits false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information;
- Uses automated means to enter;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway, entrant eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
- Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, Beyond Meat, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications. They are also not responsible for technical, network, platform, hardware, software, internet, printing, or human errors that may interfere with participation in or administration of the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
- Social-Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social-media platform on which it is promoted.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their Giveaway information to Rowdy Girl Sanctuary and not to Instagram or Facebook, except for information they voluntarily post through their own social-media accounts.
Participants release Instagram and Facebook from claims arising from or related to the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.
- Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Winners List and Questions

Requests for the winners’ names must be received within 30 days after the Giveaway concludes.
