Gentle Barn Appearance

Join Renee King-Sonnen, author of Rowdy Girl: Confessions of a Vegan Cattle Rancher, for a special in-conversation event with Ellie Laks, founder of The Gentle Barn and author of Cow Hug Therapy. Together, they'll explore themes of compassion, transformation, animal advocacy, and the unexpected journey that led Renee from the cattle industry to founding the first rancher-led vegan sanctuary in the United States. Following the conversation, Renee will be available to sign copies of her memoir. 

The conversation will take place on Sunday, July 5, at 11:30 AM in The Gentle Barn's amphitheater - California location. Admission to the event is included with a General Admission ticket to The Gentle Barn ($27 per person). Guests planning to attend are encouraged to reserve the 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM arrival time slot to allow enough time to enter the sanctuary and make their way to the amphitheater before the program begins. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis!
