Lisa Cassell

Lisa is an energetic, passionate, motorcycle riding, traveling, vegan CPA joining the team in 2026.  She has over 40 years of accounting experience and is a CPA who has worked for many industries including non profits, real estate, distribution, and several large corporate food companies.  She has walked away from the food industry in disgust and became a full vegan in 2012 after 24 years as a vegetarian.  She fosters animals when she is home in Texas and pet/house sits all over the world when she isn’t. 

Lisa loves vegan cooking and talking to anyone about enjoying the benefits of eating vegan and living a non animal exploitive life.  She is mostly passionate about pigs and donkeys and volunteers annually at an animal sanctuary in Shelby, North Carolina called Changing Hearts Animal Sanctuary.  She enjoys working with Dallas chef Troy Gardner, cooking great vegan meals, and saving as many animals as she can. 

She is passionate about the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary mission and spreading the word about how easy it is to enjoy a healthy, non animal based diet while saving her own health, the environment and the precious animals with which we share this fragile planet.
