At Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, veterinary care is lifesaving care. Many of the more than 140 rescued farm animals who call Rowdy Girl home arrive after surviving neglect, injury, abuse, abandonment, or chronic medical conditions that require immediate and ongoing treatment. Your support helps provide the essential care our rescued residents depend on every single day — from preventive exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, medications, supplements, hoof trims, wellness checks, and ongoing monitoring to unexpected emergency treatments when they need us most. While some medical needs can be planned for, emergencies can happen at any moment, and the cost of providing urgent care adds up quickly. Every contribution to our Vet Care Fund directly supports lifesaving treatments, medical supplies, and ongoing care for animals who have already endured so much. With your help, we can continue ensuring that every rescued animal at Rowdy Girl receives the care, comfort, and dignity they deserve — today and for the rest of their lives.
Help Us Feed Our Animals
Hay is one of the most essential and costly needs at Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, especially for our rescued cows who rely on it daily for proper nutrition, digestive health, warmth, and overall wellbeing. Under normal conditions, much of our pastureland helps supplement feeding, but severe droughts and unpredictable weather patterns across Texas over the last several years have drastically impacted pasture growth, hay production, and availability. As grazing land continues to struggle and hay prices remain high, purchased hay has become essential to providing consistent care for the animals who call Rowdy Girl home. For many of our residents, hay provides the daily nourishment they need to stay healthy. For others, it helps create clean, dry, and comfortable bedding and shelter support throughout the sanctuary. This ongoing climate pressure has created a significant financial strain, making continued community support more important than ever. Every gift to our Hay Drive helps provide nourishment, stability, and comfort to rescued animals who depend on Rowdy Girl Sanctuary every single day.
