On Earth Day and everyday, eat plants instead!

It’s time to reevaluate our commitment to Mother Earth - she has the capacity to yield enough food for us all but humanity has made a mess of creating food systems out of sentient beings that rely atrociously on animal agriculture and all the devastating consequences that ensues.

Animal agriculture has indelibly left its sickening footprint on our planet but we can individually do something. Find your passion and take action!

Do we want an earth void of forests? Do we want grasslands trampled in favor of crops and pastures to support livestock?

Did you know that the agriculture industry is one of the biggest contributors of human-caused climate change? The system of animal agriculture’s foundation is the breeding, and slaughter of ruminants, poultry, and marine life (watch #seaspiracy) on our vast planet that supports over 7 billion people - by 2050 the projected rise is 9.7 billion people!!!

We MUST decrease the devastation of our planet not make it worse or we are all going to suffer; and my greatest fear is that we will be beyond hope if we don’t start using the mantra #meatlesseveryday instead!

The solution that will create the most impact is to adopt a #plantbaseddiet TODAY! And we need safe zones for animals and marine life! We must create animal and marine sanctuaries - we need to lobby and learn more about how to do that at @agriculturefairnessalliance - learn to grow feed! WE ARE! Take back your #foodrights - We have reached our limits yall!! #seethelight!

Stella is Constellation’s nickname. She is the daughter of Rowdy Girl and her daddy is Frosty (he’s the last frame on this slide). Stella got the name Constellation because when she was born she looked like she had black stars studded all over her little body - she has always been especially gorgeous and has never known what it means to be abused, sold, confined; nor has she ever been on a kill floor. She is family.

As little Stella grew, her horns began to come of age and she began to get a little cocky - she has always been bonded with me because I love her like she is my granddaughter, cause she is. I never had any human kids of my own but I have been honored to be called Cow Moma to the rowdy herd. Stella can be a little feisty and she has no problem swinging them horns right at ya if she has a mind to but she and I have a truce—as long as I get on the ground and inch my way ever so slowly towards her, talking very soft and kind to her she complies -

Will You Bid or Donate to Help?. I’ve got to go into the hospital as most of you know on May 11th. I have a major double jaw reconstruction surgery that I’ve been getting ready for since October of last year. I know that all of you will keep the rowdy home fires burning!! In order to help with additional expenses while I’m out for 6 weeks we are holding a SILENT AUCTION and/OR we are asking you to DONATE now to help us reach our goal of $7500 which is 1/2 of the extra expenses we will incur in my absence.

The painting of Cinnamon is a gorgeous watercolor original by artist Galen Hazelhofer. It is custom framed with no detail left unturned. (See all details when you click on the LINK in my bio)

When Galen Hazelhofer, a fine artist and vegan friend from Sacramento, CA reached out wanting to donate a painting for the sanctuary to raise money, I WAS ELATED! With my upcoming DOUBLE JAW RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY looming - (May 11 is the big day), I couldn't think of a better way to get the word out that we really need to raise funds to help pay for the professional services needed in my absence to keep our presence on social media, and the bills paid!

So, for ONE WEEK ONLY you will be able to bid on this original watercolor masterpiece!! DEADLINE IS TUESDAY APRIL 27TH AT MIDNIGHT. CAMPAIGN GOAL IS $7,500 - you can DONATE ANY AMOUNT BUT IF YOU WANT TO BID ON THE PAINTING starting Bid is $500 - painting will sell to the highest bidder over $500!

It is an exquisite watercolor creation (custom frame 19-1/2" X 22-1/2").

The custom frame has a burled walnut veneer finish. It's double matted with premium quality conservation core fabric mats, separated by a wooden fillet. Glass used is TruVue UV protective museum glass.

$7,500 will cover 1/2 of the additional expenses that I must incur due to my surgery and recovery which is estimated to be about 6 weeks! Guess who’s snout this is?! This is lovely Lulu! Lulu has personally plus and is always trying to slip through gates. She loves to run and play and boy she’s fast!! Lulu is a pot belly pig that was surrendered to Rowdy Girl when her family got a divorce. Lulu was loved but dynamics changed at home and she wasn’t getting the attention or stimulation she needed. Her caretaker was very worried that Lulu would end up in the wrong hands when it was clear she couldn’t care for her like she wanted to. Her previous family comes to see her from time to time and that’s really special! Don’t you just want to kiss that nose!!! This morning I’m feeling so grateful for all of you! Am I nervous about the upcoming surgery! Yes, but I am going to be in the best of hands! Ya know we are all human with strengths and weaknesses- this time of my life is about me letting go and realizing how strong all of you are. I’m one person that has been so loved by all of you! I’m deeply grateful that you support our rowdy mission to change the world! It’s just gonna get better yall! I’m convinced that this time of my life I am to learn the art of graceful surrender! The power of our movement is incredibly strong and it takes all of us to liberate the animals, each other and our planet! Rowdy Girl has been my conduit and I really don’t know where she begins or I end! Our encounter has forged a mission so rowdy that the momentum is unstoppable! All of you are a part of that momentum! You all give me the courage to persevere in spite of life’s many challenges and I will forever put one foot in front of the other with all of you at my virtual side! During the next few weeks I am in preparation for my departure to Dallas! Rowdy Girl and the rest of our team has got this! I’m having surgery May 11th. Hi y’all - on May

I’m having surgery May 11th. Hi y’all - on May 11th I will be having major double jaw reconstruction surgery and I’ll need you to be my voice! I’ll be in Dallas at Baylor Medical Center for one week and will stay in Dallas 2 weeks after I get out of the hospital for follow up with my surgeon. I’ll need about 6 weeks to recover. This procedure is necessary because of a bad car wreck I had in the 80’s that severely damaged my jaws. As a result I’m losing anatomy and must have 2 jaw replacements- That means I won’t be able to talk for a minute (or two) and I’ll be eating all my meals from a straw (I’m gonna get good at smoothies!)

I’m giving y’all a heads up because I want you to know that we got this!! @smasherbrown with @pollutiontv and @weareimpactors will be taking over my IG and FB on May 3rd and we will need all of you to stay engaged! I’ll be sharing my journey with you as we go! I’ll be counting the days until then and could really use the encouragement so countdown with me - 24 more days!!

I have so many beautiful memories of my amazing family! Who would have ever thought that I would grow up and get to be surrounded by such as this! The impact that Tommy has had on my life has been the catalyst of a love story that has struck a chord in the world’s symphony.
